“U PARK RESIDENCE” is located in the city of Tirana, Gjergj Legisi street, in one of the areas with quick accessibility to the main axes of the city.
U Park is conceived as a building with clean lines because the area it self where the block of buildings is located is thought of as a square are a with clean lines.
The innovation in this project consists in the hollowing out of two areas of the building that seem to bring a view with the dynamics of the object and the best possible decoration of the interior spaces. Playing with these hollows gives a unique appearance to this object. From the functional point of view, this object includes residential, service and recreational spaces.
